BUT WAIT..... THERE'S MORE

So the Miller-Baguio trade finally happened. That's been in the works for quite some time now and some of the readers of this blog (yes you) may have deciphered my blind items some weeks back.

It was Coach Tim who told me that they really wanted to delay the trade till AFTER the Ginebra-Alaska game but the games were coming in one after the other so they couldn't delay it anymore. He was concerned about the trade, players, and the teams being measured by that game.... But reality sets in and everyone is talking about how Ginebra shouldn't have traded Cyrus Baguio. He was instrumental in the Aces' comeback after being down by as much as 16 points. I kept checking in on Cyrus during the game, and he was well aware that he was being too shy, wasn't being assertive. But the prodding of the coaches for him to not be hesitant worked wonders for the Aces. I'm sure though Willie will soon figure out how and where he can fit in coach Jong's system.

Now for more.....

Item 1:
There's another trade in the works and this will be another shocker. This is one of those deals that the teams have been working on for some time now but they can't seem to come to an agreement. That's usually the case anyway! Team A is milking it as best as they could as they're obviously in need, while Team B is making sure they'll get their money's worth. That's usually the case anyway! TEam B's been involved in so many trade talks but they've been walking away from a lot of them.

This trade here involves a player who doesn't get a lot of love, and a player who's got a lot of faith. One has got a move, the other has never made a move. Both are top caliber, tho one has been on top.

No guarantee this trade will pan out. But if it does... you will be shocked.

Item 2:
A Coach may jump ship.

The team he may be getting involved in is in need of a jolt... He's one to shake things up so it might just work out for them.

He's already met with top brass, now we gotta sit back and wait if they'll come to an agreement.


Item 3:
There were plans of transfering a franchise big man to still a familiar territory but that was put on hold.... "there's a new plan" says my insider.
And that plan could be to keep the team's market value high so that they can "shop it out"... Hmmmmmmm. Juicy stuff!
